SCV Tech Pte Ltd ("SCV Tech", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through scvtech.ai and our client engagements, how we use it, and the choices you have, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, company, email and message when you contact us or request a consultation. If you engage us for a project, we may also receive operational or shipment data needed to build and test a solution, under the terms of that engagement.
We use information to respond to enquiries, scope and deliver engagements, and communicate about our services. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use client operational data for any purpose beyond the engagement it was provided for.
We share information with third-party software providers or service partners only where necessary to deliver an agreed solution, and only under confidentiality obligations. We do not share personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information against unauthorised access, loss or misuse, appropriate to the sensitivity of the data involved.
